Republicans hoping Kistner can flip Craig seat in 2nd District
National Republicans think they have a good chance to take back Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District seat, which Democrats flipped in the midterm election two years ago.  First-term DFL incumbent Angie Craig is trying to fend off a challenge from first-time candidate Tyler Kistner.
La Raza Radio, displaced after Lake Street unrest, celebrates new home
Wednesday, La Raza Radio will christen its brand-new studios in Richfield, Minn. One of the buildings that went up in flames on the central business corridor on Lake Street after the killing of George Floyd housed the studios of La Raza Radio. Minnesota school bus driver on driving, adapting during pandemic
For many K-12 students this fall, another day of school means sitting in front of a computer screen at home. For others, it means hopping on a school bus for face-to-face time in the classroom — but the COVID-19 pandemic has changed how those in-person classes are held, and how students get to school on the bus.
MPR says DJ Eric Malmberg fired from The Current
“MPR has made the decision that the audience of The Current is best served by a programmatic change,” according to a statement on MPR.org. “Our hosts have to be able to attract an audience that wants to listen to them and trusts them and over the last 36 hours those conditions have changed for Malmberg.”
The Minnesota State High School League is looking to its member schools to fill a hole in its budget. COVID-19 has upended the league’s traditional reliance on state tournaments for revenue.
