The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has completed its investigation into the September deaths of a North St. Paul police officer and his accused attacker.
Bernadeia Johnson has been tapped to lead the Minneapolis public schools. Johnson, who is the district's deputy superintendent, was named the only finalist for the job at Tuesday night's school board meeting. Johnson talked with MPR's Cathy Wurzer.
Rondo area activists sue over Central Corridor
A group of civil rights activists, business owners and residents in St. Paul's Rondo neighborhood are suing the Central Corridor light rail project, claiming project authorities have failed to address the impact of the train on their community.
