BCA: Jamar Clark shooting probe done; findings sent to prosecutors
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Wednesday it has completed its investigation into the Nov. 15 fatal police shooting of Jamar Clark in Minneapolis and turned its findings over to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
