Emmy and four-time Grammy award winning recording artist Lizzo gave a shoutout this weekend to Osseo Middle School, where students championed an effort to name a MnDOT snowplow after her.
A sixth grade class from Osseo Middle School led the fight for “Blizzo,” a winner of the MnDOT name a Snowplow contest named after the music artist who lived in Minnesota, Lizzo. The class has one hope: that Lizzo herself recognizes their hard work.
