A cold front is moving through the Twin Cities this Thursday evening, accompanied by some scattered showers and thunderstorms. Our Friday will be mostly sunny, but cooler and less humid. Scattered showers today, dry Friday
Occasional scattered showers will continue today as a low pressure system over Iowa spins slowly eastward. Temps will rise into the 60s over southern Minnesota today, with 50s over northern Minnesota.
Rain at times, cooler
A slow moving low-pressure system will give us periods of rain tonight and Tuesday, with a chance of showers on Wednesday as well. An isolated thunderstorm is also possible.

Warm Sunday, showers possible this week
We hit 80 degrees at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Saturday. That was 22 degrees warmer than normal! We last saw 80 degrees or warmer in the Twin Cities on October 11, 2015.
