Good afternoon. Sad news out of Nebraska today. Authorities have arrested the driver of a semitrailer that was involved in a fiery crash that killed a Minnesota family of five in western Nebraska. Jamison Pals, his wife Kathryne and their three children, Ezra, Violet and Calvin died in the crash. "We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of the Pals family," a statement from a Feed My Starving Children spokesperson said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those whose lives were touched by Jamison, Kathryne and their sweet children." | Forecast

Ramsey County Attorney John Choi said Friday that he's tapped ex-Hamline University law school dean Don Lewis to be a "special prosecutor" to help him make decisions tied to the Philando Castile police shooting. Nine years after the last book in the seven-part series was released, and five years after the last film adaptation, J.K. Rowling has returned with a new piece of the wizarding saga. But this time it's not a book -- it's a script. "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," which takes place 19 years after the battle of Hogwarts, will open on a London stage this Saturday night. Good afternoon! Donald Trump made an unprecedented move today when he urged Russian agents to "find" his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton's emails and release them. Trump was referring to the ongoing controversy surrounding the private server Clinton used while secretary of state. "This has to be the first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against his political opponent. Keith Ellison shared the duty of making Minnesota's roll call speech Tuesday at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Klobuchar began with a rhyme.
