US House: DFLer Nolan wins 8th District; Emmer takes 6th; incumbents prevail

Minnesotans returned DFL and GOP U.S. House members to Washington, though it was close in the Minnesota 8th. The GOP easily held the seat vacated by retiring Rep. Michele Bachmann.
