Minnesota voters elected only one new member of Congress in yesterday's midterm election: Republican Tom Emmer defeated DFLer Joe Perske to take the seat held by retiring Rep. Michele Bachmann. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Emmer about his victory and what his priorities will be once he's sworn in.
