The hit '96 Tears' had humble roots

The Staves moved to the Twin Cities for the music scene
Today's Morning Edition music is from the Staves with "Sleeping in the Car" the title track from their latest E.P. They will be performing tonight at Fitzgerald Theater in downtown St. Paul.
People who purchase health insurance though the individual marketplace aren't the only ones seeing a spike in premiums. Many people insured through their employers on group plans are also seeing their premiums rise, but by far less.
