Tornado complicates north side's  foreclosure situation
Many of the mortgages that have gone into foreclosure were packaged and sold to multiple owners. That can make it difficult to identify who is responsible for a foreclosed property. And determining if a house is insured also could be tricky.

Hundreds of volunteers fanned out across the north side of Minneapolis Wednesday to help clear debris still left by Sunday afternoon's tornado, and talk to residents to see what kind of help they need to recover from the storm's devastating impact.
