Several groups protested in Minneapolis Wednesday after Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced he would not charge the two police officers who fatally shot Jamar Clark.
The Vikings and the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority say all 58,000 fixed seats and 6,000 retractable seats have been installed, a process that started last June.
