Protester charged with fourth-degree assault in University of Minnesota divestment occupation
Eleven people were released from the Hennepin County Jail on Wednesday following arrests at a University of Minnesota protest for divestment from Israel. Prosecutors charged a 23-year-old protester with fourth-degree assault, according to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.
