Federal law enforcement officials executed a search warrant Thursday at three central Illinois facilities of Caterpillar, one of the largest construction equipment manufacturers in the world.
Steve Martinez, 42, a pipeline opponent from Williston, was ordered to testify in January regarding an explosion that injured 21-year-old Sophia Wilansky of New York.
Marie Collins, who was the only survivor of abuse active on the panel, said Pope Francis was sincere in establishing the panel - but that others in the Vatican have refused to cooperate.
