Snow showers continue as latest system moves east; quiet start to work week
Heavy snow showers will persist across northern Minnesota until early Monday morning. Skies will clear, and breezy winds will ease into Monday morning. Expect above-average temperatures for the upcoming workweek, with occasional chances for light precipitation.
Breezy Sunday with possible rain and snow showers; storm continues north
Blustery winds are sweeping across the state as a low-pressure system moves through. Heavy snow is expected in the northern regions, while central and southern Minnesota may experience light rain and snow showers. Temperatures will warm up throughout the week, with a few chances for light precipitation.
Rain and snow moving in Saturday night; increasing southwest winds
Winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories are in effect for the northern parts of the state as an approaching storm system moves in from the Dakotas. In addition to the rain, snow and icy conditions, increasing southwesterly winds have led to a wind advisory being issued for Sunday, with gusts expected to exceed 50 mph.
