Appetites: Tips and last-minute recipes for Thanksgiving dinner with Francis Lam

Just a day to go before Thanksgiving and for those in charge of dinner — it’s crunch time. But thankfully, Francis Lam and company will be on hand to help with any kitchen emergencies or simply to chat for all those cooking tomorrow.
