Gophers football kicks off a new season Thursday night against SD State
The University of Minnesota football team begins a new season on Thursday night, when they take on South Dakota State at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
This will be head coach P.J. Fleck’s third season with the Gophers. Last year, the team finished 7-6, including a win in the Quick Lane Bowl.
