The source of a salmonella outbreak that has struck nearly 400 people in 42 states has still not been made public. The outbreak may have killed a Minnesota woman.

Michael Osterholm, director of the University of Minnesota's Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy, joins Midday to discuss the salmonella outbreak.

He also talks about other public heath issues, including U.S. flu cases' resistance to Tamiflu, bioterrorism, and issues facing the Obama administration.
