2 Minneapolis officers shot, suspect dead
Two Minneapolis police officers were shot this afternoon while searching for a suspect in the 2700 block of Bryant Avenue South, and the suspect has died, according to police. The officers are in stable condition, and their names have not been released.

Northern lakes nearing 1950s ice out records
