What if we thought of exercise as a cure for illness, and used it to ward off everything from heart disease to type two diabetes to cancer? That’s the premise of Dr. Jordan Metzl’s book, “The Exercise Cure.”
He joined host Kerri Miller in 2014 to talk about how exercise can be used to treat and prevent many health issues that plague Americans.
