What does it mean to leave a legacy if you can’t have kids?

That’s the core question N. West Moss wrestles with in her new memoir, “Flesh & Blood.” Honest, wise and filled with moments of whimsy, Moss allows everything from good cocktails to the natural world — including a praying mantis in her sunroom she names Claude — to teach her how to heal.

Host Kerri Miller talked with Moss about the book and about Moss’ infertility journey.
