A political fight over the state's COVID-19 contact tracing plans

A bill to set up expanded contact tracing was sent to the House floor this week. It would allow the Minnesota Department of Health to temporarily hire more people to trace the spread of COVID-19. But some Republicans argue it’s not a wise use of money.
