How we work has changed significantly in recent weeks as communities and companies adopt social distancing measures. Recent polling shows that roughly 90 percent of Americans are staying at home to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Kerri Miller talked with a management professor about how coronavirus is affecting the workplace; what it might mean for how we work in the future; and her new book, “Think Outside the Building: How Advanced Leaders Can Change the World One Smart Innovation at a Time.”
