Police say the woman died Wednesday morning after being in critical condition at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. Her name has not been released.
Wednesday's statement from the Investigative Committee gave few details, but said those arrested came from Central Asian countries that once were part of the Soviet Union.
The order by Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the bid to reassess an agreement in Baltimore may signal that the Trump administration plans to scale back investigations and reopen past deals.
