attacks on its commercial capital showed that "some elements"
inside the rival nation were responsible.

A protest that started on the State Capitol lawn yesterday afternoon ended with an estimated 300 arrests, the most of any day during the Republican National Convention. The protesters had planned to march to the Xcel Center where the RNC held its final day of events.
Though nearly 300 protesters were arrested on the first day of the Republican National Convention, St. Paul mayor Chris Coleman said he feels the officers' actions were nothing short of heroic.
