The fate of Zimbabwe's longtime President, Robert Mugabe is still unclear.
The highest court in Zimbabwe will not force that country's electoral commission to release the results of last month's elections. The decision leaves Zimbabweans in limbo, not knowing whether President Robert Mugabe will retain power or if he will be replaced by opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai.
Tsvangirai claims he won the March 29 vote outright and his party, the Movement for Democratic Change, claims that Mugabe will not release election results until the sitting president can organize a violent response to the outcome.
