The National Weather Service says rain will change over to snow on Thursday, with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches possible in the advisory area. The watch area may also see a few inches of snow, though as of Wednesday afternoon there remained some uncertainty about snow totals there.
Some slushy snow is also possible in St. Cloud and the Twin Cities on Thursday as a cold front brings precipitation and falling temperatures to the region — though again, there’s uncertainty over how much snow will fall, and where.
