Minnesota authorities say a 3-year-old boy has been found safe Friday evening, following a statewide alert.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said the boy was “located safe by law enforcement” and that Jennifer Stately is “in custody.” No other details were provided.
The alert was sent Friday evening on behalf of the Red Lake Tribal Police. They said they were searching for him and for Jennifer Stately, 35, who was last seen driving a black Chevrolet Equinox.
