Today in Fargo-Moorhead: Windy tonight, chilly Thanksgiving and the latest here and around the state

The National Weather Service has listed a hazardous weather outlook, forecasting wind gusts up to 35 miles an hour Wednesday afternoon in the Red River Valley. High of 45.

Expect a chillier Thanksgiving Day on Thursday with a high of 24. Partly sunny with highs near 30 through the holiday weekend.
