With all the heavy rainfall continuing through last week into this one, many Minnesotans are experiencing a muddier season.
With all that extra mud, retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley said a lot of Minnesota farmers are seeing the agricultural season start at crawl.
