This year’s July was dryer than normal across most of Minnesota. In terms of rainfall, July brought mostly below-average values, but some portions of northwestern, northeastern and southeastern Minnesota saw above-normal accumulations.
Retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley talked with MPR News host Cathy Wurzer about this month’s rainfall and more in their weekly weather chat.
