In a welcome shift, rain returns across Minnesota

Retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley joined MPR News Host Cathy Wurzer to reflect on a dry spring, and the benefits of recent rain.

They also discussed the eight tornadoes, all very weak and short-lived, that touched down this past week in southern Minnesota.
