Starting Monday at noon, Minnesota bars and restaurants will be allowed to serve customers at 75 percent capacity. Salons, barber shops and churches won’t have capacity limits at all, though they will still be required to follow social distancing guidelines.
These changes are all part of Governor Walz's latest dialback of COVID-19 restrictions. Meanwhile at the state legislature, lawmakers are still grappling with how to best to aid businesses and communities going forward.
