Beginning Tuesday at 5 p.m., anyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a face mask or similar coverings when entering businesses and other venues in Minneapolis. Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey announced the new rules last week.

These kinds of rules are not common across the United States, but they have cropped up in areas that have been hard hit by the virus.
