With February nearly behind us, retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley joined MPR News host Cathy Wurzer to review the month in weather.

According to Seeley, most climate stations in Minnesota are reporting an average monthly temperature within one degree of the historic average for February – something that has only happened nine times since 1895.
