A major storm expected to hit Minnesota later this week could bring much cooler temperatures, wind, rain — and the possibility of accumulating snow.
That is bad news for farmers who got their crops in late this spring and were hoping for a late harvest. MPR News host Cathy Wurzer spoke with Dave Nicolai, a crop educator with the University of Minnesota’s Extension Service, to learn more about the storm’s potential impact on agriculture.
