Recent polls show that many Americans weren't confident they'll receive much in tax cuts this year. Some said President Trump's 2017 tax cut was structured unfairly. MPR News host Kerri Miller spoke to the Political Junkie, Ken Rudin, about his thoughts on why Americans don't support the new tax cuts.
