Chip Conley was in his mid-50s when he started working at Airbnb. He was older than most of his coworkers, including the CEO, but the experience was a catalyst for Conley. He'd successfully run his own business for years, but this new challenge inspired him to think about aging differently. He spoke with MPR News Host Kerri Miller about his experience and his new book "Wisdom at Work: The Making of a Modern Elder."
