While terrorism may feel like a fact of life in many parts of the globe, what would it take to end it?

Robin Wright, a journalist and joint fellow at the U.S. Institute of Peace and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, explored that question in a recent article for the New Yorker.
