What would it take to end terrorism?

While terrorism may feel like a fact of life in many parts of the globe, what would it take to end it?

Robin Wright, a journalist and joint fellow at the U.S. Institute of Peace and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, explored that question in a recent article for the New Yorker. MPR News host Kerri Miller spoke with Wright about the nature of modern terrorism and what it would take to bring decades of terrorism to a close.
