Earlier this year, a team of two writers, a photographer and an illustrator set out to document 75 independent restaurants along the path of the Green Line light rail system.
They started on University Avenue at Rice Street and moved all the way onto the University of Minnesota campus, terminating at the Campus Club in the Coffman Memorial Union.
We checked back in with James Norton, one of the two writers from the Green Line Checklist project.
