The commemorative poster that celebrates the annual gathering features the recreated streetcar arch at the new West Market entrance that opened in 2014.
Twin Cities illustrator Adam Turman unveiled the official art Thursday. His art pairs a version of the streetcar arch with the Ferris wheel and the fair grandstand. He said it has joined the ranks of fair icons.
"I feel like my work does a good job with nostalgia," he said. "It has kind of a vintage feel with a modern twist."
The Great Minnesota Get-Together opens its 2015 run on Aug. 27. Last year's fair drew record crowds.
