There was a lot of back and forth over the weekend at the Minnesota Capitol. Some parts of the budget do appear to have found agreement, but others have not.
On Sunday, Gov. Mark Dayton said lawmakers should prepare for a special session because he's not happy with the budget for schools that they appear ready to send him.
