DFL Gov. Mark Dayton and legislative leaders have two weeks left in the 2015 session to reach a deal on a new state budget.
They still need to resolve competing plans for taxes, transportation funding and the $1.9 billion projected surplus.
House and Senate negotiations get underway this week on the major spending bills, and the Senate still needs to vote Monday on its tax bill.
