Now, to the news.

Minnesota:

The big news today will be the Legislative Auditor's months-long investigation into MNsure, the state's health insurance exchange. Watch for the report to come out at 11 a.m., and for the details to be presented to the House Health and Human Services Finance Committee at 12:45 and to Senate Committees on Health and Human Services at 4 p.m.

The House committee is stacked with Republicans who are critics of the exchange. Expect some fireworks.

MNsure's deadline to get insurance for 2015 was Sunday. But a few folks will have more time to finish the enrollment process. (MPR News)

Senate Majority Leader Tom Bakk said he's surprised Gov. Mark Dayton was unhappy with how he handled an amendment that would roll back pay hikes for Dayton's commissioners. (MPR News)
