It's President's Day, but Minnesota lawmakers are on the job, and there's no break in sight from the ongoing flap over salary increases for members of DFL Gov. Mark Dayton's cabinet.
House Republicans have a couple of opportunities this week to tee off on the pay hikes, and the squabble between Dayton and DFL Senate Majority Leader Tom Bakk over the issue is still lingering.
There's also a big report on MNsure coming out this week that could add even more drama to the session. MPR News' Cathy Wurzer spoke with reporter Tim Pugmire about the week ahead for state lawmakers.
