For the first time, Target is offering free shipping this holiday season.

The perk began Thursday online and will continue through Dec. 20. The company is hoping free delivery will help it win back customers after last year's data breach.

Target will also look to its mobile coupon app "Cartwheel" to drive sales this year. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Paula Rosenblum, a retail analyst with RSR Research.
