MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about this past week's blizzard in western and northwestern Minnesota which was a result of strong winds blowing around snow, not necessarily new snowfall. And he talks about the rollecoaster temperature swings hitting the state this winter.
