Plans for a new Islamic Center in St. Cloud are on hold after the center's president withdrew the proposal at a City Council meeting Monday.
The Islamic Center wants to expand into new facilities that would include a mosque, a school, community building and living units, but the plan has faced considerable opposition from neighbors of the proposed development.
Islamic Center of St. Cloud President Abdulrashid Salad joined Tom Crann to discuss what's next for the Islamic Center.
