MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with April Todd-Malmlov, the executive director of MNsure, Minnesota's online health care exchange marketplace.

That website and those serving other states launched yesterday with some technical glitches. The exchanges are central to the Affordable Care Act's expansion of health care.
