The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority met this morning in Minneapolis. They talked about the schedule for picking a construction manager, about the first 18 firms to win work as subcontractors  under the design services agreement, and about the equity plan to ensure minorities, women and low income workers get a piece of the stadium building action.
