There's just one week left in the legislative session, and lawmakers are still looking for a deal on how to erase a projected $5 billion budget deficit.
Republicans in the House and Senate have resolved their differences on several key spending bills, and DFL Gov. Mark Dayton has agreed to begin negotiating. But deep divisions remain over spending and taxes, and it's unclear if a final agreement will come before next Monday's adjournment.
